Description
Characteristics: Cow's milk cheese, with spun paste and a traditional spherical shape similar to a drop.
Taste: The flavour invades the palate, similar to Provolone but fresher and more aromatic, delicately sweet when young, and slightly spicy when it has completed maturation.
Texture: It has a subtle, smooth, brown-coloured rind with a firm texture. The dough is white, straw-coloured, homogeneous, compact, with small holes .
Region: Province of Buenos Aires.
Maturation: In our cellar at 4° .
Pairing: Full-bodied red wines are the perfect allies for cheeses of these characteristics.
Cutting: In thin slices by machine, or in slices by knife.
Storage: In Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavour and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
Presentation: Wrapped in SANTI silicone paper to preserve moisture, in our special reusable container with zipper closure.
