Description
Characteristics: Beef sausage with a soft and slightly dry texture due to its low fat content, which provides a very subtle flavor in the mouth. It is recommended to cut it into very thin slices and marinate in olive oil, parmesan and combine with arugula or green vegetables.

Storage: In Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavour and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
