Characteristics: One of the first Argentine blue sheep cheeses.

Flavor: Strong and intense, both in aroma and flavor. It has personality and a firm presence on the palate.

Texture: Creamy and crumbly, it melts in your mouth.

Region: Pehuajó, Province of Buenos Aires.

Maturation: 90 to 120 days in our cellars at 5°C.

Pairing: Gewurztraminer.

Cut: Shelled in irregular cuts.

Storage: In Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavour and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.

Presentation: Wrapped in SANTI silicone paper to preserve moisture, in our special reusable container with zipper closure.
