Characteristics: Cheese with a washed rind and a strong, characteristic and intense smell. Soft dough, with a smooth, thin, reddish-brown rind.
Flavor: Despite its intense smell, its flavor is smooth and creamy.
Texture: Compact, soft and creamy with small eyes.
Region: Suipacha, Province of Buenos Aires.
Maturation: 6 weeks in our cellars.
Pairing: Sparkling wines to cleanse the taste buds and refresh the palate with the intense aroma of this particular cheese when ripe. Fresh rosés and whites with good acidity.
Cut: Thin 3mm slices.
Storage: In Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavour and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
Presentation: Wrapped in SANTI silicone paper to preserve moisture, in our special reusable container with zipper closure.
