Characteristics: This cheese is a must-have for any appetizer. It has a yellowish paste and a thin orange rind. It is a very versatile cheese and can be consumed in many ways, whether for breakfast or to accompany a good salami from Tandil.
Flavor: Thin crust, semi-hard and uniform paste with small holes. Smooth and slightly sticky texture.
Texture: Compact, consistent, pasty and creamy on the palate.
Region: Tandil, Province of Buenos Aires.
Maturation: 90 days in our cellar between 4 and 8°.
Pairing: When combined with medium-intensity and delicate red wines such as a Merlot, the perfect harmony between the two is achieved.
Cutting: In triangular portions of 2 or 3 mm thick.
Conservation: In refrigerator.
