Description
Characteristics: It is a very versatile cheese and can be consumed in many different ways. It is ideal to accompany a good salami from Tandil, and is preferred by fans of seasoned cheeses.
Flavor: Thin crust, semi-hard and uniform paste with small holes. Smooth and slightly sticky texture.
Texture: Compact, consistent, pasty and creamy on the palate, the herbs can be appreciated in its paste.
Region: Tandil, Province of Buenos Aires.
Maturation: 90 days in our cellar between 4 and 8°.
Pairing: Torrontés in its maximum fruity expression is a good ally.
Cut: In rectangular slices of 2 or 3 mm thick.
Storage: In Santi packaging, in the refrigerator. To enhance the flavour and aroma, remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consumption.
Presentation: Wrapped in SANTI silicone paper to preserve moisture, in our special reusable container with zipper closure.
