Description
It is a balsamic vinegar that has been aged for no less than a year in French and American oak barrels.
It is made from concentrated must of white grapes (from our own production) and white wine vinegar of the Ugni Blanc variety. After aging, it is cooked over a low heat (for approximately one week) in a special flame cooker, reducing the volume by half. This results in a thick and creamy product, with a balanced palate, without any type of coloring or preservatives. It is a product as noble and healthy as olive oil. Widely used in gastronomy, it goes very well with ice cream, meat, cheese, fish, among other uses.
