Description
It is a product imported in bulk from the land of balsamic vinegar (Modena – Italy) and packaged by Acetaia Millán.
This vinegar has the seal of protected geographical designation, awarded by the Modena Balsamic Vinegar Consortium , an institution that also certifies all the production processes of Acetaia Millán.
It is aged for 3 years and has a well-marked acidity, higher than the previous products in the line, giving it a more aggressive character and giving it greater personality and a marked presence on meals. The recommended use of this product is with salads, meats, pastas and cheeses.
